Real Time Rescue is a nonprofit animal rescue organization and is coordinating this service in partnership with veterinary professionals. The rescue itself is not providing veterinary medical services directly. In consideration of the rescue arranging this service, I understand that rare complications may occur despite proper medical care. I agree not to hold Real Time Rescue, its volunteers, board members, or partnering veterinarians responsible for unforeseen medical complications that may arise from the procedure. If an unexpected medical situation arises during surgery, I authorize the attending veterinary team to provide care deemed necessary for my pet’s safety.
